The natural horn was used for adornment for centuries. In those days, bone was readily available and easy to carve and considered a symbol of manhood and virility. This horn is resin that was made to look like bone so it will be very durable.

Description
Although this one is made from resin, natural animal horns were carved and given to boys as a rite of passage into manhood. Animal horns were a by product of their food source and were soft making them easy to carve. It was also a symbol of virility. Resin is easy to keep clean and does not discolor so this necklace can accept heavy use. No earrings.
