Description
Why be boring when you can be an explosion of color? Hidden under the decorative paper is plastic tubing I found at a Re-Use store in Portland. The paper has been “painted” with decoupage coating and strung onto some great yarn called “eyelash yarn”. I added some reflective beads to make it sparkle . Earrings included.
